Sasha first revealed as transgender at the age of high school. It was a difficult time, but Sasha was confident that with the help of his family and music that he was able to handle any situation. The Voice coach did not speak about the story of Sasha, however Jim and Sasha discussed their lives through an introduction video. Sasha and Jim talked about music that they enjoy and how they first started playing guitar when he was six. The fact that his father was a music teacher helped him to master the art. Sasha was a woman-born youngster, was having a hard time figuring out his identity. In an Instagram post, Sasha recently spoke out about the struggles he faced. Jim fell to his knees in tears when he revealed the reason of why he was unable to participate in. Sasha Allen, The Voice contestant was born a girl. Sasha Allen will be 19 to be 19 in 2021. When Sasha was a freshman at the high school system, he came out to be transgender, and then began the transition to male. "I'm the third trans person to appear on the show, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the trans community on an enormous platform," Sasha wrote on Instagram.
